Clinic Info
Our clinics are run periodically throughout the year.
Several winter and early spring clinics are available. In
addition, we run clinics on a request basis. Typical clinic
sessions cost $40 per student per session.
Clinic Locations
Our clinics are held at various
locations. Clinics are held at local high
schools, colleges and park districts. Organizations can also
request that a clinic be brought to the organizations choice of
location.
Private Instruction
Private instruction is done at
various locations, primarily in Grayslake, Illinois.
Private Costs
Individual private lessons cost
$40 per half hour and $80 per hour. Discounts are given for
packages of 6 lessons, as well as group lessons.
Improvement
Typically, it takes approximately
400 repetitions to train the major muscle groups.
Improvement should be seen after approximately 4 private lessons.
Team Rentals
We will offer Team Rentals soon. Rates begin at $60 per hour without
an instructor and $70 per hour with an instructor.

Instructors
All of our
instructors have made significant contributions to baseball, both
on and off the field. Our core instructors have played a
very advanced level of baseball and been coaching and/or
instructing players for more than 30 combined years.
